Culture Audit: Assessed the organization for a real estate company. Developed a strategy for CFO to support hiring, retention and development of 300 employees in six states.
Employee Engagement: Guided executive team on developing mission, vision and values for company. Aligned HR strategies to deliver on stated values such as creating a new recruiting strategy.
Human Resources
Human Resources: Trained staff in functions spanning multistate payroll, compensation design & implementation, contract negotiations, benefit plans, technology solutions, 401(k) fiduciary management, workers' compensation, and compliance.
COVID-19: Prepared return-to-work plans and required prevention plans for multiple clients. Engaged with and advised a company planning to displace 80+ workers. Layoff was averted, and one year later the company has hired 50+ employees.
Workforce Reduction: Managed three separate reductions in force for one client.
HRIS / ATS / LMS: Implemented multiple human resources technology systems to maximize HR impact.
Team Development
Communication: Facilitated Everything DiSC® Workplace for a company's leadership conference for 150 managers & leaders.
Train the Trainer: Developed new "Train the Trainer" for Rosewood Sandhill to achieve Forbes Travel Guide 5-star rating.
