Human Resources: Trained staff in functions spanning multistate payroll, compensation design & implementation, contract negotiations, benefit plans, technology solutions, 401(k) fiduciary management, workers' compensation, and compliance.
COVID-19: Prepared return-to-work plans and required prevention plans for multiple clients. Engaged with and advised a company planning to displace 80+ workers. Layoff was averted, and one year later the company has hired 50+ employees.
